For anything about your account, your bot or a booking, email contacto@perseubot.com. If you're signed in, you can also use Help & ideas in the app or in the console — the answer comes back there.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link. If your login was created by your business, whoever manages PerseuBot there can also reset it for you.
The mobile app
The PerseuBot app for iPhone and Android is for businesses that already use PerseuBot. Sign in with the same email and password as the console. To be alerted when a customer needs you or books, turn alerts on in the app under More → Notifications.
Deleting your account
In the app: More → your account → Delete account. A staff login is deleted straight away; the business keeps its bookings and chats. If you are the only owner, deleting your account deletes the business too: it goes off the air at once, the subscription is cancelled, and everything is removed for good after 30 days unless you ask us to restore it before then. You can also ask us at privacidade@perseubot.com.
